This year MPS celebrates 50 years as an independent family owned business.
As Mankind journeyed to the Moon, our founder landed underneath the family home! With a home office located in the basement, a typewriter and a set of Letraset sheets Mitchell Marketing Services began.
Operating as a full service agency until the late 1990’s our name then changed to Media Placement Services. This marked our transition to a media buying company.
We achieved some things along the way…
Newcastle’s first local Agency.
President of the Association of Newcastle Advertisers.
30 years as a full service agency.
20 years as a media buying company.
2002 Australia’s first online media placement service.
2018 roll out of adhub.
2019 launch of Adgility.
Family owned and independent throughout.
And we learn’t to appreciate our relationships…
Firstly, thank you to the advertising agencies that business partner with us. Many of you have been with us since our move to media buying. And some from even before then. We highly value long-term relationships and appreciate you sticking with us.
