Orders in a pending state are shown on the Dashboard.
Pending orders include orders with the following status:
- Requires Agency Approval
- Pending Media Confirmation
- Pending MPS Approval
- On Hold
To action an order, click on order link to select it. The order view screen is displayed.
Click the Control button at top right of screen, and then select the required action.
