After an order is added it sits in a pending state as a proposal pending final approval by the agent. The Order Status is Requires Agency Approval.
To approve the order and send it to the media click the Orders link on the left side task bar. The orders list is displayed.
Click on the required order to select it. The order detail screen is displayed.
Click the Control button at top right of screen, and then select Approve.
A pop-up check box will be displayed.
Click Yes to confirm the order can be released to the media.
The order status will change to Pending Media Confirmation. You will be sent an alert when the media has confirmed the booking.
Checklist
- select required order from the orders list.
- review the order for any errors or omissions.
- select Control / Approve.
- the order will be forwarded to the media.
